SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

Depending on the specific consent you provide, Solvify360 may send you two types of SMS text messages:

• Transactional messages: Includes appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, and conversational replies to your direct inquiries.
• Marketing and promotional messages: Includes proposals, marketing follow-ups, and promotional offers.

2. How you opt in

Entering a phone number alone does not grant permission to send SMS messages. You opt in by explicitly checking the respective, optional SMS consent checkboxes (for transactional and/or marketing messages) when submitting a form on our website.

Providing SMS consent is not mandatory to submit our forms, and it is not a condition of any purchase or service engagement.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, reminders before a booked appointment, replies to your messages, or periodic promotional updates if you opted in to marketing).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and then immediately cease sending SMS to that number, unless you explicitly opt in again.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are strictly internal and are never shared with any third party for those purposes. 9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
